We offer Free Shipping on Prepaid Order only! We do charge ₹49 for Cash on Delivery Orders!

The product has shipped 1 or 2 Working Days. We usually take 5-6 working days  to deliver your product it might get delayed depending on your location.

10-DAYS RETURNS

Items purchased from sovereignstore.in are eligible for return/exchange, if returned within 10 days of delivery.

EXCHANGES

We charge ₹90 when processing exchange. This is something that is charged to us by the logistic partners. Exchange product will be delivered within 4 to 5 working days.

NO QUESTIONS ASKED RETURNS

You can return the product if you don't like the fabric, color, fit or for any reason - We don't have a problem. However,
₹90 will be deducted as Returns handling charges. This is something that is charged to us by the logistic partners.

THE PROCESS
Maintain good condition. Items must be returned unused, unwashed, unworn with all original tags attached.
Make sure you put the item(s) back in the original package along with the invoice in the same way it was delivered.
Our team schedules a pick-up that should take up to 3-5 days. In case of a size exchange, our team ships the new size(s).
For a returns that result in refund the product would have to reach our facility for quality inspection.

FULL CASH REFUND

Refund is applicable under the following criteria's:
1. Pre-paid orders.
2. Items not on sale/mark-downs (discount coupons are not considered as mark-down)

Note:
We have a 100% refund policy. The refund are processed within 1 to 2 working days which means that refundable amount will get credited to your original payment method in 3-5 working days after deduction of shipping fees.

WHEN CASH REFUND IS NOT APPLICABLE
Under 2 cases:
1. For products on clearance
2. If the product returned is soiled, damaged or altered.
